01An online restaurant menu, always up to date and readable on a phone
The menu is the most opened page of a restaurant website, often from the pavement or at the table. A scanned PDF that has to be zoomed with two fingers tries people's patience; a menu written as real text, split by course, with short descriptions and allergens marked, can be read at a glance.
You update it from the dashboard when the season changes or an ingredient runs out: add a dish, remove one that is sold out, change a price. Because it is text and not an image, Google can read it and show it to people looking for a specific dish in your area.
02Online table booking with automatic confirmations and reminders
Someone who wants to book at eleven at night does not want to call the next day. With a booking form on the site they choose date, time and number of guests, and the system only accepts slots where you really have room, based on the sittings and capacity you set.
The guest immediately receives a confirmation by email or SMS and a reminder before dinner, from which they can confirm or move the booking. You see everything in a single calendar, close rest days or private evenings, and receive a summary of the day's bookings.
03Google profile, map and reviews connected to the site
Many guests discover a restaurant on Google Maps, not on its website. That is why name, address, phone number and opening hours must be identical on the site and on your Google Business Profile, which in turn should link to the right pages: menu and booking.
On the site we add the map and directions. Reviews can be requested consistently with an automatic message sent a few hours after dinner, with a direct link to your Google profile: it is an automation we can add to the site.
04Photos of the dining room and dishes that make people want to come in
For a restaurant, images matter more than any text: the room in the evening light, the outdoor seating, the bar, dishes seen from above. A few real, well-taken photos beat lots of stock images, which anyone who has been to your place would immediately recognise as fake.
We prepare them to load fast even on a phone connection, and arrange them to tell the story of the place: who you are, what you cook, what kind of evening awaits the people who book.
05Events, themed evenings and special menus
Valentine's Day, Christmas lunch, a tasting with a guest winery, the Sunday brunch menu: every occasion needs its own page, to share on social media and connect to booking.
From the dashboard you create the event with its date, dedicated menu and available seats, and archive it once it is over. The home page stays clean, and people arriving from an event link immediately find everything they need to book.
06A multilingual site for tourists, managed by you
If you work in the centre, near a museum or in a tourist area, a good share of your guests do not speak Italian. Menu, booking and contact page in English, and other languages if needed, avoid many difficult phone calls and wrong bookings.
All versions are updated from the same dashboard, together with menu, opening hours, photos and events. We hand over a user manual, domain and hosting stay in the restaurant's name, and after the site goes live we remain available for changes and support.
