Website maintenance and ongoing support

We take care of your website's maintenance: updates, security, backups, speed, SEO checks and content changes. We do it for businesses and professionals, even when the site was built by someone else.

We are based in Milan and also work in Naples and all over Italy: looking after a website works perfectly well remotely, with shared access and regular updates.

01

What website maintenance includes

We update the system and its add-ons, which over time become the weakest point of a website. We check the SSL certificate, the contact forms and that the main pages respond correctly.

We set up automatic backups stored away from the site's server and check that they can actually be restored. A backup that has never been tested is just a hope: you find out the day you need it.

02

Slow website? We speed it up

The most common causes are images uploaded at full resolution, too many external scripts, unused components and undersized hosting. We measure the pages with Google's tools, start from the most visited ones and work where the gain is real.

Alongside speed we keep an eye on SEO: errors in Google Search Console, pages not indexed, broken links, missing titles and descriptions. These are silent problems that pile up when nobody is watching.

03

Hacked website or a site that no longer works

If the site shows strange content, redirects elsewhere, is flagged by Google or is simply down, we first secure logins and data. Then we find the cause, clean the files, change every password and close the hole the problem came through.

When Google has flagged the site as dangerous, once the cleanup is done we request a new review from Google Search Console. We explain what happened in plain words, so you know what to avoid in future.

04

We take over websites built by others

It happens often: the old provider no longer answers and you do not have the passwords for domain, hosting or dashboard. We help you recover them starting from what you have: invoices, registration emails, the domain holder's details.

Once access is recovered, we put it in your name and run a full check of the site: installed versions, security, backups, speed, SEO. You get a clear summary of what needs fixing now and what can wait.

05

Rebuilding or migrating a site without losing Google rankings

Sometimes maintenance is no longer enough and it makes sense to rebuild the site or move it to a new platform. The risk is losing in a few days the rankings built over years, if URLs change carelessly.

To avoid that we list every existing page and set up a page-by-page redirect to the matching new URL. We keep the titles and content that work, submit the new sitemap and follow indexing in the weeks after the switch.

06

How the maintenance plan works

The plan includes periodic checks, updates, backups and an agreed number of content changes: a text to edit, a new page, a photo to replace. You send requests by email or WhatsApp, and we tell you the timing straight away.

If you prefer to update content yourself, the site is still yours and we show you how. Domain, hosting and logins stay in your name, even if one day you decide to change provider.

FAQ

01How much does website maintenance cost?

It depends on how the site is built, how many updates it needs and how many content changes you need each month. After a free first consultation and a check of the site we propose a clear plan, with no hidden costs.

02Do you support websites built by others?

Yes. Before taking over a site we run a full check and tell you honestly what state it is in, even if the best option is to rebuild it.

03My old provider has disappeared: can I recover my domain and hosting?

In most cases yes, especially if the domain is registered to you or your company. We guide you through the request to the registrar and the hosting provider, and from then on access stays in your name.

04My website has been hacked: what should I do?

Do not delete anything and get in touch: the damaged files help us understand how the attack got in. We secure the logins, clean the site and close the hole.

05If we rebuild the site, will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if the migration is done properly. We map every existing page and redirect each one to its new version, then follow indexing in Google Search Console.

06How quickly do you handle a change request?

Small changes are usually done quickly; for larger work we give you a precise date before starting. Serious emergencies, such as a site that is down, take priority.
