E-commerce development in Milan

We build custom online stores for people who want to sell their products on the internet: makers, shops, emerging brands and companies that already have customers and want to reach them online too. Catalogue, cart, secure payments and shipping, with a simple dashboard to manage everything yourself.

We are based in Milan, in Via Pontida, and we also work in Naples and all over Italy, in person or remotely.

01

What an online store needs to actually sell

An online store is more than a showcase with a «buy» button. You need a catalogue organised by category, useful filters, a clear cart, a checkout with the main payment methods and shipping costs shown before the last step.

Behind the scenes you need order, stock and price management, automatic confirmation and shipping emails, and the required pages: terms of sale, returns, privacy and cookies. We line all of this up before designing a single page.

02

Product pages that help people decide

Online shoppers cannot touch the product, so the page has to answer the questions they would ask in a shop: sharp photos from several angles, sizes, materials, variants, availability and delivery times.

We also work on the order of information: price and buy button clearly visible on a phone, technical details right below, related products at the bottom. If you already have photos we make the most of them; if not, we can organise a shoot.

03

Custom online store or a ready-made template?

Platforms with ready-made templates are fine for starting quickly with a few products, but the store often ends up looking like many others and every extra feature becomes an add-on to pay for and maintain. A custom storefront is built around your products and the way you present them.

During the first consultation we work out together which route makes sense for your catalogue, budget and timing. If the simplest solution is the right one, we tell you.

04

SEO for product and category pages

Many sales come from very specific searches, such as the name of a product or a category. That is why every category has an intro text, a title written for Google and a clean URL, and every product has an original description, not the one copied from the supplier.

We add product structured data, an up-to-date sitemap and lightweight images, so pages load quickly on a phone too. We avoid duplicates between variants and filters, one of the most common mistakes in online stores.

05

Orders, prices and stock: you manage them, even from your phone

You get a simple dashboard to add products, change prices, update quantities and follow orders, from a smartphone too. Changes appear on the site on their own, without going through us.

Together with the store we hand over a user manual. Domain, hosting and logins are in your name from day one, so the store is truly yours.

06

How we work, from the first meeting to launch

We start from catalogue, payment methods, shipping zones and returns. Then we design the store, load the first products together with you and test every step of the purchase on computer and phone, payments included.

After launch we stay available for changes, new features and support. With our maintenance service we take care of updates, security and speed, also on stores built by others.

FAQ

01How much does an online store cost?

It depends mainly on the number of products and variants, payment and shipping methods, languages and any special features, such as links to your stock or management system. After the free first consultation we send you a clear quote, item by item.

02Which payments will I be able to accept?

Payment cards and the main methods used online, through a secure payment system. Card details never pass through your site: the payment service handles them. We choose the methods that suit your customers together.

03How are shipping and returns handled?

We set up zones, rates and a free-shipping threshold if you want one, and we prepare automatic confirmation and shipping emails. Returns rules need to be written clearly on a dedicated page: we help you set it up.

04I already have a physical shop: can I sell the same products online?

Yes. We start from your best-selling products and organise the catalogue so it is easy to update. If you already track stock in an Excel sheet or a management system, we look at importing the data instead of retyping it.

05How long does it take to open the online store?

It depends on how many products there are and how ready the photos and texts are. The proposal always includes a precise delivery date, and we can launch with part of the catalogue and expand it later.

06Can you rebuild an online store I already have?

Yes. We can renew your store or move it to a new platform, bringing products, customers and orders with us and taking care not to lose the Google rankings you already have.
