01What digitalising a business means
Business digitalisation is moving work processes from paper, phone calls and scattered sheets to digital tools that talk to each other. In practice: client records leave the binders and enter management software, quotes are no longer rewritten from scratch, appointments send their own reminders, reports fill themselves in without copying numbers by hand.
It is not an all-or-nothing project. The businesses we work with almost always start from a single process, see the time saved and decide the next step from there.
02Where to start
You start from a map, not from software. We look together at how you work today: who enters the data, where information travels, which steps are repeated and where mistakes appear. Out of that comes a list of processes ranked by one thing only: how much time and how many errors each one costs you.
The first candidate is almost always one of these: records kept on different sheets that never match, documents filled in by hand with the client's data, reminders and follow-ups handled by phone, the end-of-month summary rebuilt by copying numbers.
03The tools: management software, automations, AI
Each process has its tool. A single shared archive is management software, custom-built or on subscription. Repetitive work between different programs disappears with business automations. When something doesn't exist yet, we build it from scratch.
Artificial intelligence comes in where it truly pays off: reading documents and filling in their fields, answering frequent questions, summarising and sorting requests. We introduce it step by step, with human control over the important steps — never as a fashion.
04Without upending how people work
Digitalisation fails when the team suddenly faces tools it didn't choose and doesn't understand. That's why we work in small steps: one process at a time, versions you can use right away, training and support for the people who will use the tools every day.
The old method stays available until the new one has proven itself. And the tools adapt to how you work, not the other way around.
05What it costs: the quote
The cost depends on three things: how many processes you want to digitalise, how many tools need connecting and whether you need custom software or well-configured ready-made solutions. That's why a single price list makes no sense: a quote on your case does.
It works like this: in the first consultation, free of charge, we look at your processes and tell you which one to start from. Then you receive a clear, itemised quote, with no hidden costs and no obligation. You can start small: even a single process, for example moving from Excel to management software.
06Digitalisation in Milan and all over Italy
Our studio is in Via Pontida 4, in the Garibaldi-Moscova area: to understand processes first-hand, we come to your company when needed and talk with the people who run them every day.
We work with businesses and professionals in Milan and Lombardy, and remotely with Naples and the rest of Italy: mapping, development, training and support all work well over video calls too.
