Process automation

Using software to carry out repetitive, rule-based tasks on its own, such as sending emails, copying data or creating documents, with no manual work.

Process automation in practice

Process automation means handing over to software the repetitive tasks someone currently does by hand: copying data from a form into an Excel sheet, sending the same email to every new client, preparing a document from a template. The software follows precise rules ("when this happens, do that") and applies them the same way every time, at any hour.

For a business the benefit is twofold: you get time back and you cut careless mistakes, such as a mistyped number or a forgotten email. If you spend 3 hours a week copying and pasting between two programs, those hours can go back to the work that really needs your attention.

An everyday example: a client fills in the contact form on your site, the system records the request in the CRM, alerts you on WhatsApp and sends the client a confirmation. Nobody has to remember to do it. Behind it there is often a webhook that sets everything off the moment the request comes in.

Our advice: start with a single process that happens often and has clear rules, and note how much time it costs you today. Don't automate a messy process, or you'll just get faster mess: write it down step by step first. To get a concrete feel for it, you can try the demos of our services.
