This notice explains how DT Digital ("we", "us") processes the personal data of people who visit dtdigital.it or contact us through it, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

DT Digital di Amina Del Torto, VAT no. 14768240963, sede legale e operativa in Via Pontida, 4, 20121 Milano (MI). Contact for privacy requests: info@dtdigital.it.

What data we collect

Data you give us

Contact form (/contatti): first name, last name, email address and message.

Service request form (/servizi): full name, email address, company name (optional), requested service, budget, timeline and project description.

Please don't include special categories of data (health, political opinions, etc.) in your messages: we don't need them.

Browsing data

Like any website, the servers that host this site automatically record technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, page requested and browser type. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are kept for a short time by the hosting provider.

Only if you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics to see in aggregate form how the site is used: pages visited, time spent, clicks, type of device and approximate area of origin. We don't use profiling or advertising tools, and we don't collect payment data.

Why we process your data and on what legal basis

To reply to your request, prepare a quote and manage any subsequent contract — pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

To comply with tax and accounting obligations if we start working together (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

To keep the site secure and prevent abuse of the forms — our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

To measure how the site is used through statistics cookies — your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences".

Providing your data is optional, but without name, email and message we can't reply. We never use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Contact requests: up to 24 months after the last exchange if no collaboration starts. Data related to a contract: 10 years, as required by Italian tax law (Art. 2220 Civil Code). Server logs: for the short period set by the hosting provider.
