Service agreement

Between DT Digital, based in Milan (the “Provider”), and Romano Interni srl, represented by Giulia Romano (the “Client”).

Art. 1 — Scope

The Provider undertakes to deliver the following service: Custom Software, as described in the attached technical annex.

Art. 2 — Fee

Agreed fee € 4.800,00 + VAT 22% (€ 1.056,00), total € 5.856,00. 40% on signature, balance on delivery, by bank transfer.

Art. 3 — Duration

From 05/10/2026, delivery within 04/12/2026.

Art. 4 — Confidentiality and data

The parties keep all information confidential and process personal data under GDPR (EU 2016/679).

Art. 5 — Jurisdiction

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
